Every successful business has a beginning, and for Dreamiles Artworks Ltd, it all started with passion.
In our university days, we the founders of Dreamiles were simply young creatives who loved expressing our ideas through drawings, paintings, and graphic designs. At that time, it wasn’t about making money; it was about imagination, experimentation, and learning.
Art was their language.
What began as a way to fill our free time gradually evolved into something more meaningful.

2012: The Year Everything Changed

By 2012, people around Juba started noticing their work. Friends shared designs. Businesses asked for samples. Soon, requests began coming in from schools, individuals, and local companies.
That’s when the realization hit: this passion could become a profession.
Demand grew quickly. Dreamiles started receiving paid commissions and improving their output. Quality became a priority. Deadlines mattered. Client satisfaction took center stage. This period laid the foundation for what would later become one of Juba’s trusted printing and branding companies.
Growing Through Collaboration and Subcontracting
As our reputation spread, Dreamiles began working as a subcontractor for established printing companies in Juba. These companies often secured large contracts from NGOs, UN agencies, and government institutions, and Dreamiles handled much of the production. During that time Dreamiles was among the few companies that mastered the art of hand drawing; often NGOs would contract us to illustrate for them and then contract other larger companies to do the mass production/printing.
This exposure was invaluable.
It taught the team how to manage large-volume jobs, meet institutional standards, and work under pressure. More importantly, it helped Dreamiles understand what professional clients truly need: reliability, consistency, and clear communication.

Becoming Official: Registration and Expansion in 2017

By 2014, inquiries from NGOs and public institutions were increasing. To qualify for formal contracts, Dreamiles first registered as a sole proprietorship.
But growth didn’t stop there.
In 2017, the company took a major step forward by officially registering as Dreamiles Artworks Ltd., a private limited liability company under South Sudan law. This marked a new chapter, bringing structure, defined leadership roles, and long-term planning into the business.
Dreamiles was no longer just a creative collective. It was now a fully established company.

Behind every successful project is a dedicated team.
Dreamiles Artworks Ltd is powered by young professionals across design, production, sales, logistics, finance, and administration. The company structure includes a Managing Director, Operations Manager, Head of Production, graphic designers, printing teams, and support staff.
What makes the team special is adaptability. Staff continuously learn new techniques and adjust to changing client preferences. Strong work ethics and collaboration drive everything they do.

Mission, Vision, and Values That Guide the Work

Dreamiles aims to become the most reliable and innovative creative production facility in South Sudan.
Its mission is simple: help clients communicate better through impactful designs, prints, and branding.
Core values include creativity, innovation, integrity, accountability, quality, and customer satisfaction. The philosophy is clear, when clients succeed, Dreamiles succeeds.
Trusted by NGOs, UN Agencies, and Local Institutions
Over the years, Dreamiles has worked with organizations such as Catholic Relief Services, World Food Programme, Health Pooled Fund, South Sudan Council of Churches, and others.
These partnerships reflect the trust Dreamiles has earned in delivering professional-grade printing and branding services in Juba.

Powered by Modern Equipment

To maintain quality and speed, Dreamiles has invested in modern machinery: digital printers, embroidery machines, laser engravers, binding machines, laminators, cutters, and creasing systems.
Projects move through clear stages, from design to production to finishing, ensuring accountability at every step.

Challenges, Growth, and Lessons Learned

Like many businesses in South Sudan, Dreamiles has faced challenges: supply delays, power interruptions, and changing market demands.
Each challenge brought lessons: diversify services, invest in people, formalize systems, and never compromise on quality.
These experiences shaped Dreamiles into a stronger, more resilient company.
Impact Beyond Business
Dreamiles supports national development by producing health materials, training manuals, banners, and community engagement tools. Through these outputs, the company helps deliver information to communities across the country.
By employing young creatives, Dreamiles also contributes to local skills development in the graphic arts sector.

The next chapter focuses on growth with stability:
• Investing in advanced technology
